Water's Edge offers year-round rental sites for active adults 55 and older. Whether you're a snowbird escaping the northern winter, planning a long seasonal stay, or just exploring the area before committing to ownership, we have flexible options to fit your timeline.
All rentals are full hookup — water, sewer, and electric — and include complete access to all resort amenities. Availability fluctuates, so we recommend calling our office directly for the most current information.

Florida residents enjoy a 15% discount on daily summer rates and flat weekly rates during our off-season. Proof of Florida residency required.

Policies & Guidelines
Water's Edge is a 55+ community. The following policies help ensure a peaceful, welcoming environment for all residents and guests.
Age Requirement
Water's Edge RV Resort is a 55+ active adult community. At least one occupant per site must be 55 years of age or older.
Pets
Pets are welcome at Water's Edge. Please inquire with the office regarding pet policies and any applicable fees.
Deposits & Payment
- A deposit of 25% of the reservation total is due at time of booking. Balance is due upon check-in, with the exception of seasonal reservations.
- All seasonal reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival, or the reservation will be cancelled.
- For stays less than 1 month, payment in full is required at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- A $200 cancellation fee applies to any cancelled reservation.
- For seasonal reservations (Nov 1 – Apr 30), a $500 cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- No refunds are given for early departure.
RV Rental Storage
- Outside back storage lot: $120/month. Must be paid in full before leaving for the summer. Requires a 4-month in-season reservation.
- Storage on a rental site: $200/month. Also requires a 4-month in-season reservation.
Overnight Guests
- All overnight visitors must register with the office prior to arrival.
- The renter must provide guest names and dates of stay in advance.
- A fee of $10.00 per person per night must be paid before guest arrival.
- Maximum stay for overnight guests is 5 consecutive days.
