Cancellation Policy
A $100 administration fee will be charged for ANY cancellation.
Cancellation of reservation 30 days or less from arrival date will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
Cancellation of reservations more than 30 days prior to arrival date but after 9/1/2024 will result in a 50% penalty. No refunds are given for early departure of reservation.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full upon arrival. All reservations one month or longer are charged by metered electric and are billed directly by Water’s Edge.
Age Restriction Policy
At least one occupant must be 55 years of age or older. Any other occupant (s) must be no less than 45 years of age. Any guests must be registered with the office prior to their arrival; overnight guests will be charged an additional fee.
