2025-2026 Rates

Effective May 1, 2025

• Dolly Storage $25 / Season.  Dump Station $25.

• Waterfront Sites Upgrade: $245.00  / $98 Month / $25 Week.

Deposit Policy
➢ For all stays of 1 month or more, a deposit of 25% is required for all  reservations.  
➢ For all stays less than 1 month, payment is required upon booking.
➢ All rates are based on 2 people 

Cancellation Policy
➢ Stays that exceed one month:
➢ If canceled 60 days prior to arrival date, a $500 cancellation fee will be  applied.
➢ If canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival date, the total deposit  amount will be forfeited.
➢ No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit or payment  amount.
➢ No refunds will be given for shortened length of stay. 

Payment Policy
➢ For our seasonal guests, all reservations must be paid 60 days prior to  arrival. 
➢ All reservations one month or longer are charged metered electric and  are billed directly by Water’s Edge RV Resort.

Age Restriction Policy
➢ At least one occupant must be 55 years of age or older. Any other  occupant (s) must be no less than 45 years of age. Any guests must be  registered with the office prior to their arrival. 
➢ Any exceptions made by Water’s Edge RV Resort, relating to the above  age restriction policy must be approved prior to making a reservation.
