Water’s Edge Cooperative Inc., is a resident owned RV community for persons aged 55 and over. The map below shows the layout of the park. Please contact us for details on sites for sale.

With the purchase of a share in the Cooperative, a ninety-nine (99) year proprietary lease is assigned to a specific site. Presently, a maintenance fee of $140.00 per month is charged on the first of each month. The maintenance fee is used to defer the common area expenses including taxes, insurance, water and sewer and facilities/ground maintenance. Electric service is billed directly to the shareholder. The holder of the proprietary lease pays ad valorem taxes assessed by Charlotte County.

Buying into Water’s Edge will assure that you will have a site in Southwest Florida during the peak months of January, February and March. As more and more RV parks are sold for development and more baby boomers begin to enjoy the part-time or full-time RV adventure, the competition for space during the winter months will increase.
